Within hours of ordering, the company reached-out to ensure the measurements were accurate. We communicated a few times and were then satisfied with the measurements.Installation was easy however, my very handy husband had issues with the shade staying in the bracket. When not installed, the bracket attached to the shade great, very tight fit. When the bracket was screwed in and the shade was installed, it kept falling out of the bracket. We even watched the video for installation and we were doing it correctly. He finally turned it the opposite direction and it worked.We just installed them so hoping they last a while.The company's customer service is pretty top-notch so I'm confident if anything goes wrong, they will make it right.

I purchased this blind for my grandson new home and who loves to sleep in TOTAL darkness.We’ve had it for a while but he finally got around to installing it and has totally raved about how effective it is.The installation is actually done behind the decorative blinds so that you can push all the way up and bring it down for sleeping.The quality is great, easy to install and smoothly can be pulled down or pushed up.

I appreciated the seller reaching out to ensure that the sizing was correct. Also shipping was fast. However my husband, who is a handy guy, had to do a lot of adjustments to make the shade work. There was trouble with the mechanism that allows it to go up and down smoothly. Even now, it is fragile. We suspect that they won't last long. We would have returned it but we bought it for our home in Mexico so returning it would be a pain. We have had many other blinds over the years, ordered online, direct from blinds.com. You pay more for them but the quality was far better.

It did take a little longer than usual to be delivered but I was pleased at how easy it was to install. Took all but 10 minutes by myself. Initially I was worried about the quality of the blinds itself, but it's really great at blocking out light, and the kids can't seem to destroy it, thankfully. I also didn't realize when I ordered it that the top of the blinds is magnetic, so you can adjust it so light can come through the top and the bottom portion of the window can stay covered, I don't know how I missed that in the info. We just redid another bedroom and Ill be ordering a second soon.

Seller communication was great. They initiated with me to confirm sizes. The blind arrived ahead of schedule and the quality seems very good. Install is super easy. I got the white blackout shade bc the walls are white in that room. It's a stark white but I'm putting sheer curtains over it. Definitely blocks light except around sides. If you need total darkness you'll need exterior mount and wider than window. It's not like a designer texture, but looks like nice paper.Good for what I needed in a bedroom. Time will tell as to durability, but I don't expect issues as it's my young adult daughters room.

Excellent quality blind. Looks sleek, crisp and stylish. Super easy and quick to install. I had some confusion on measurement and the response was quick, even on a Sunday evening. I needed more clarification and they continued to respond until I had the information I needed. I’ve purchased twice now and would purchase again. Light blocking is true to it name.

When you place the order, a team member reaches out to reconfirm the dimensions. We made a mistake in the sizing on our end (didn’t consider the molding in our measurements) and needed to order new sizes. Nini from customer service provided outstanding customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved, and the communication was quick and easy. I would recommend these blinds to anyone and I’m extremely happy with my overall experience. I cannot say enough good things about the ordering process and how easy it was to resolve my issue.

Love my blinds, excellent customer service. Worth every penny. I was contacted soon after ordering to confirm correct size, after a few questions I was able to get the exact measurements correctly, had to change a couple numbers. Soo glad they did, because I am more than happy with the service and my blinds! They look very elegant and work extremely well to keep out the light and the heat. I got them in blackout design. Super easy to install, and the fit is perfection. If you are on the fence, don't be, you won't regret it. Trust me.
