Had a little hiccup at the beginning. It said the package was delivered but I only received half of it. Seller was willing to ship out the remaining but within those two days the rest showed up (even though there was only 1 tracking number). Aside that, these things are fantastic! The cat hasn't bothered with these like she did with my cellular shades I had. Purchased the remaining 3 so that every window will be the same.Only thing I didn't care for was the screw for the inside window mount is in the back of the clip. I have 100+ year old windows in the house so there is a thin piece of trim around the window frame. So I had to put up an extra little piece of wood behind the trim so I could screw these in.Definitely a great buy! Highly recommend!

I've lived with these for a few months now.Pros:The customer service is fantastic. They check and double check that measurements are accurate.The product arrived quickly for something made to order!The construction is solidThe fabric is high quality and tastefulThe fit is perfectThey are attractiveCons:It is a bit of a hassle to lift the shade. I have to hold the entire bottom bar to elevate the shade.Because of this, the little plastic pulls serve no purpose other than to be a holder for a pull I created using twine and a glass red bead. (which I think looks cute!)Given the price and the quality along with how attractive these are, I would certainly recommend and buy these again. (and I probably will purchase more in the future)It's just good to know what you may have to contend with.

I love how relatively easy these were to install. I chose the blackout and they really do their job. The top-down feature proves so beneficial when light is needed to be productive and break the ultra cozy ambiance created with the blinds fully closed.I am very satisfied.

These shades are beautiful. We ordered the grey linen look and the fabric is very nice. The shades seem to be of good quality, especially for the price. They block out a lot of light and heat. Only one wrinkle that I will steam out if it doesn't settle.They were very easy to install. The instructions are limited, but I was able to find a video that helped me figure out the measurements. You just need to make sure the brackets aren't over the mechanisms at the top of the blind. For our inside mount, I measured 3.5 inches in from each side, right and left. For the center bracket on the larger shade, I checked the top of the shade to find where it would not interfere with the mechanism. I drilled the outer hole of the brackets 3/4 inch in from the outside edge of the wall (measuring inward 3/4 inch from the edge of the wall towards the window). This turned out to leave the shade perfectly flush within the window sill.I highly recommend these shades.
