These are definitely not scented in any way and feel of it feels very cheap. Definitely not the Top Notch branded ones like the title suggested. I am requesting a refund

I go to the gym and I think I'm strong but I just couldn't stretch these out far enough to fit my size 8, adult, figure skates. Sorry, but this just wasn't for me. I want easy and quick so I purchased the stretchable, cloth covers instead.
