What I didn't like about this shipment is that it came packaged inside a plastic envelope inside a cardboard box that was WAY bigger than necessary. When I opened the box, some of the wires were hanging out of the plastic envelope. (See photos)My first thought was that someone had "skimmed" and took a portion of the shipment. So, I immediately removed all the wires from the envelope and counted them. It turned out that I actually received an extra wire. ( I ordered 20 and actually received 21). So, I can only recommend that the vendor wrap the wires in paper or light cardboard before putting them in the plastic envelope.All that being said, this is decent quality stuff. These rods are very stiff and "springy". It's not the highest quality stainless steel, as I checked them with a magnet and it sticks. (Magnets won't stick to high quality stainless) However, they are good for model aircraft control surface rods and/or landing gear wires for small planes. (What I intend to use them for) Just be mindful that low quality stainless can corrode or rust, so if you intend to use these for a project that requires high corrosion resistance, these may not be for you.Overall, I believe they are a good value for the price.
