It is industrial welded and engineered using a drop forged alloyed steel construction that is ideal for quality and durability. The inner/outer welded structure and steel construction will keep your bottle jack leak-free and give it an overall stronger build. The fully welded structure is designed for hard-hitting commercial use, making large loads easy to lift. A wide, rugged base adds stability and strength. The lifting range is 7-1/8" to 13-5/8" with a 2 ton (4,000 lb) capacity. It features a high-quality glide-action pressure pump designed to lift with minimal muscle and effort and has an integrated built-in oil-bypass and overload valve that protects the hydraulic system from extending beyond its travel limits. Hydraulics are powered with a high-quality oil, which offers better corrosion resistance and high/low temperature flexibility, allowing the unit to operate at temperatures between 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Piston ram utilizes a Y-style polyurethane sealing ring with backup ring, preventing the load from falling slowly. This powerful bottle jack is ideal for lifting cars, trucks, SUVs, farm vehicles, heavy-duty machinery and industrial equipment. It can also be used for military applications, agricultural and industrial environments where the equipment receives heavier abuse. The first time using, it started leaking hydro fluid. I was careful not to loosen it much when lowering and it still leaked. The 2 piece handle is sloppy and doesn't stay together. It did come in a nice case, but that's it. I would not buy again.

I bought this bottle jack for a camping with a trailer and have run into the same issues that others have noted. Namely, it goes up, but doesn't come down. In order to get this jack to return you'll have to unscrew it to the point that fluid is likely to leak out. I also grabbed a hammer to press down on the top of it while unscrewing it, to help it along. A mess, and the fluid will likely require frequent changing.I wanted a bottle jack with a case, and from that standpoint I'm very satisfied. I guess you get what you pay for, and I'll likely buy jacks in the future where I can test them out and easily return them if they don't meet my needs.

I bought this to keep on my trailer incase of I get a flat. It works good. I tried it out twice to make sure it will perform when needed. The case is handy for storing.

El producto sirve pero es poco creíble qué al momento de aflojar el tornillo para que este baje no lo hace, se queda el cilindro arriba y es complicado hacerlo bajar ya qué se tiene que forzar.

Product is nice. I love the case it comes in. Works perfect.I too off a star because I ordered 2 of these - only one showed up. Tried to use the Amazon "automated" return system. Only options are to return the items - of course, I can not return what I did not receive. Despite spending a lot of time trying to navigate the system, I have now paid for 4 units, and only received 3, and I wanted 2. Amazon either needs to fix their automated system, or let us talk to a real person.
