One of the zippers was not fully functional from the first use. The second bag is already having zipper trouble. CHEAP CRAP.

I have bought these several times - I keep coming back because they are affordable and do the trick of keeping my art works safe from the elements between classes. I recommend that you cut a piece of mat board to fit inside as a stiffener. This portfolio bag comes in multiple sizes, which is great. It's pretty sturdy too!

The bags are pretty nice, except for the chemical smell. They are made from mesh encases in a clear plastic film. They have nice zippers and the larger bags have handles. I ordered them to keep my current projects in, as it is easy to see what is inside and they protect what is inside pretty well. But they aren't very usable right now because of the very strong smell. I set them out in the garage, hoping they will lose it.

I knew these would be handy, but I didn't even realize how handy. I love the sizes and how sturdy they are. I'm using them for storing all sorts of things. I think they're supposed to be for art or something, but they hold a lot more than you'd think (especially the large ones). The materials is reinforced and the large ones have handles so whatever you put in there you feel like it's protected from wet, dust, scratches, whatever. You could easily use them to store folded blankets if you're short on shelf space in the closet. Just fold them, place them in the bag, zip them up, and hang them! The smaller ones hold travel items, toiletries (especially since TSA likes people having clear bags) and even journals, documents, or books that you want protected from the dust and moisture.
