Seller is Great The condo I purchased was built with 10" rough in toilet( all of the units in the development are) as a lot will know the norm is 12" I brought a new high end toilet with me, when i went to put it in, surprise I looked up the brand I had for 10" rough in and this adapter came up. IT worked PERFECTLY, no modifications needed everything just went into place a fraction of the price of the plummer and faster install, it was delivered 2 days after it was ordered, 4 days before Christmas!! Fantastic, works as stated 👍

The picture shows the type needed in 10" on the left. The picture shows the item sent on the right. It will not work for the toilet if you need the one on the left as described in the listing.
