About half of the time we installed these stems the rubber seals would leak on tires. Not a very reliable product

Excellent quality easy to install. I did use a little bit of sealer just for the purpose of not having to worry about it, but I do not think it was needed will definitely order more in the future.

These are so much better than traditional rubble valve stems. I guess I'm vehicle rich with a number of pneumatic tired vehicles that are used irregularly. It sucks to find a flat and finding out the valve stem is rotted out. These metal stems eliminate that, and I'm replacing all of the stems on all my vehicles over time. A pain to replace, as you have to dismount the tire, but it's a one and done solution. Also found application for these on pump up sprayers where I've grown too lazy to pump them up by hand.

Easy to install and came with both size grommet. Made of good material, I bought a few extra for other RV trailer, car, ETC.. tires. Arrived two days earlier than expected.
