Defective. This item did not function, except in test mode. I tried 3 different types of batteries and it would not record in "on" mode.

I'm a trail cam enthusiast and have a number of cameras, most being a more expensive brand name. When I review other cams, I tend to consider them side by side with my favorite brand, which has high quality photos and video, and a fast trigger time. This doesn't have some of the features of the more expensive cameras, but you get a lot of bang for the buck. I couldn't find the frames per second specs on video, but I suspect its 30fps. I try to buy 60fps on my cams, but again, I pay more for those as well. 30fps is still great quality, you just can't take frame stills for photographs. The night vision on this works well and the trigger speed was impressive. My cameras are out in all kinds of weather year round, so we'll see how these hold up over time.

I got this Trail Camera, and it’s been an amazing experience using it! This trail camera has some really cool features that make it perfect for watching wildlife and monitoring areas. One of the best things about this trail camera is its super high resolution. Which means the pictures are really clear and detailed. Even in low light, the night vision works great, so you can still get awesome photos of animals even when it's dark. The 2.4-inch LCD screen on the camera is super handy because it lets you see the pictures and videos right on the camera. This makes it easy to check out what you’ve captured without needing to connect it to a computer or anything. The 0.1-second trigger speed of this camera is one of its best features. It means that when the camera detects movement, it takes a photo almost instantly. You can choose to take just one photo or up to three in a row. This is really useful for catching animals in action, like when a deer is running or a bird is flying by. The camera can detect movement from up to 30 meters (100 feet) away, which is great for monitoring large areas.Another great feature of this camera is that it’s IP66 waterproof. This means it can handle all kinds of weather, whether it’s raining, snowing, or just really wet outside.Setting up the camera was really simple. It comes with a user manual and instructional videos that guide you through the process. The camera also comes with a mounting bracket that makes it easy to attach to a tree or post. This means you can set it up at the perfect angle to capture the best photos. I think it would make a great gift for anyone who loves wildlife or needs a good security camera for their property.

This camera is a decent camera for the price range. The mounting options are very handy and it comes with several attachments for mounting in various positions on various surfaces. The settings are straight forward and easy to adjust.Battery life is good and even after several months, I am still on the original batteries. This does have some issues with the motion sensor being overly sensitive. Also, images at night can be a little blurry. Daytime images are decent but there are a few blurry spots on the lens.Overall a decent camera for the price range.

Great little cameraDoes what it's supposed to do.It's nice to be able to view the pictures right then and there. It would be even better if somehow you could place on tree and somehow view the screen or connect to phone to view the angle of what it's actually taking a picture of.May be user error, but it seems like you have to switch it back to picture mode every time you turn it off and on but it's just a matter of pressing the d9wn button so very easy.
