I used to have coupler pins with tethers like this. But they got too rusty to use and I had to change it. Unfortunately, I could not find a decent one with a tether so I went without a tether. A month later, I had to buy another one and for some reason I went without a tether again. That one lasted about 3 months before being lost. I was excited to order this COMVERIX Trailer Coupler Pin that has a nice sturdy tether. Guess what......I'm not losing my coupler pins anymore. I just attached the key ring style ring to a loop on my safety chain and boom, it is installed. The spring steel lock works flawlessly. The only, VERY minor complaint is that the pin diameter could a little smaller. Great product and very good price!

Not really a whole lot to say about these, they are what they are. Well made pin with retention clip and a short cable tether. Good for use on 3 point attachments, trailers and other equipment.
