Great book with lots of useful information.There are a few spelling errors but over all worth it.

I had previously purchased the authors perfect pointe workbook, and really liked the organization of the chapters and am actually on the second level of that program as I write this. I purchased this turnout book, and found it a little overwhelming at first, as it is more advanced in the amount of anatomical information, and also the stretches are presented more in a glossary form versus a set weekly program. However, after taking more time to learn about the stretches, I devised my own weekly program. There are many amazing hip stretches in here that I haven't encountered in any of my other resources, and I have a huge collection of workout videos. I'm also looking forward to continuing to learn from this book, it's very dense with info, especially for its size. I will probably collect all of the authors workbooks!!

Disappointed in this booklet - the content, as expected, is excellent but sadly let down by poor copy-editing and the occasional use of some rather low resolution images (particularly in anatomical figures e.g. on page 29). Given the price and good quality of the paper, I was expecting better printing (the text on my page 8 is yellow-ish rather than black), and much better copy-editing ( e.g.: on pages 8 & 9: missing word “time”, typos “stabilit” “aa”).Let me reiterate however - the content is excellent, as I knew it would be from all the blog posts and videos by the same author.
