Nice size trampoline. Looks nice and seems to be sturdy. Hopefully it holds up well. Time will tell.Was kinda pricey. It was fairly easy to assembleRunning the cord through to secure the netting was a chore We thought it was suppose to come with a Velcro fasteners but ours did not

I assembled this trampoline for my kids and they loved the 6 hours they got out of it. I say 6 hours because the next morning a quick moving squall picked it up and moved it 3 houses down! Minimal damage to the net support structure but the bottom trampoline was fully in tact and still useable. My mistake was not using the included tie down set that was included.Called the support line and asked for spare parts and they are so nice and understanding they sent the replacement parts right away! Will write a full review of the before and after.

We bought the 16ft size. Decided if we were making the investment for our child to grow up on one, we want it solid, safe, durable, and fun. We have it for maybe 12 hours. Putting it together is time consuming. However, the smiles and laughs, while we knew he would he safe, was all worth the effort it took putting it together. The instructions were very helpful and we received all the correct pieces. We hope to be the gathering place for our son and guest for years to come. This sunburn l, blistered, and feeling like we got ran over after putting this beast together, has shown its durability already. We were hesitant for about a week to pull the trigger and the price. As far as we are concerned, it is well worth the investment and are very happy with our purchase. Would recommend any concerning it, do it. Just get another person, maybe even 2, expect this project to take several hours of your time.

One of the two packages were lost in transit, this happens so I tried to be understanding. I had to wait a week and a half for FedEx to determine it was in fact lost and then the company sent a new package. Would have been nice to put a rush on the shipping but it still showed up in a timely fashion. They agreed to refund me the cost of shipping for the inconvenience ,which was nice and customer support was great but I wish responses were a little bit quicker. When I finally did get the replacement package I opened it up and found every base leg had scratches and chips in the paint or coating. I took pictures and made them aware and they were more than accommodating. Assembly was fairly simple, instructions were clear. The quality is decent, could be better I’m sure but all in all it isn’t bad. Might be a bit pricey but isn’t horrible.

Put the trampoline together today in about 2 hours without a helper. The quality of the trampoline is there, 108 springs, quality material and hardware, everything fit together great!However, this is 200lbs plus that came in two boxes, one box was 120lbs and the other was 80lbs. The only thing preventing scratches was plastic liners like Walmart bags, but if the trampoline was shipped in 50ish lb boxes, there’s a huge change that the shipping company can handle it better. The boxes weren’t damaged, and are sturdy, however with that much weight, you get cosmetic damages. Really hoping this thing doesn’t rust at the feet in a couple years.I’m 290lbs and the trampoline supported me very well while putting the net together, after Christmas, i am certain i will jump on it with my boys.Keep in mind, it’s 16’, the photos of it going together are in my driveway, where my wife and I both park for size reference.
