Transfer case should last multiple years and miles. This one lasted right at a year and landed my vehicle in the shop. The mechanic showed me the issue once it was on the lift. It had a faulty seal that caused a sweat (slow leak) and destroyed the transfer case. I totally understand faulty issues; however, Amazon was of no help and could not give me a phone number or connection with the 3rd party manufacture. When I look up the name on the internet, it goes to a pen and arts sales company. Do not spend this kind of money when you do not receive help.
