A nice , heavy pan, but unfortunately everything sticks to it.

I love this cookware. It is truly non-stick.

I've used this pan a few times now and am impressed. I'm still not convinced this is PFOA/PTFE free however. The description seems to be unclear about the pans cooking surface. I did have trouble getting one of the handles on. I had to place a nut over the stud and use a wrench to help it into a good position to slip the handle over. Be careful when tightening the nuts. The pan heated quickly and seems to not have hot spots. It cleans quickly and is an attractive piece of cookware. At this price point it seemed like a easy decision compared to some similar pans costing 5 times as much. As far as the textured surface goes, time will tell.

There’s more expensive ones out there so I wasn’t sure what I was gonna get with us. I’m very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy again.

A nice quality pan. It heats up quickly and seems to do a great job distributing heat in the pan. I also really like that this pan comes with a cover as I've had sets before that don't where I've had to find a separate cover. Non stick, and a nice quality. Very happy with the performance of this pan.

I am a great proponent of stainless steel for cooking, and this pan is an excellent example of why.The most important consideration is that it does its primary job well . . . it heats up quickly and evenly, with no hot spots. I don't have to keep pushing and poking and flipping the food all around the pan to get everything done evenly. (Making cooking easier and more peaceful for the cook -- which would be me.) This no-hot-spot, even-cooking bottom surface is extra important if you plan to put the pan into the oven to finish cooking, or to brown off the top of something. (And the pan does go happily into the oven, if your recipe calls for it. Another point for stainless steel!) Remember though, the normally-cool handles can get really hot after even a brief stint in the oven. Please be careful and use oven mitts. The pan is a nice, generous size, with a good ratio between diameter, (the width of bottom , which is the working, cooking surface), and the height of the sides (so I can cook more at a time without it all spilling over when I stir). A great size for family cooking -- (Since I'm usually cooking for at least four adults, those dinky little pans don't get a lot of mileage around here). It also comes with a great, tight-fitting glass lid, so I can set something like a mirepoix on low, cover tightly with the lid, and then get all the rest of the prep work done while it cooks itself. (Again, thankful for the lack of the aforementioned 'hot spots', which will ruin a plan like this). In addition, I can check quickly and easily on how things are progressing, right through the glass lid, (without opening it and letting out all the heat and steam). Again, making cooking easier and more efficient for the cook.It arrived without the handles attached, but was super-easy to assemble, and the handles felt secure when I hand-tightened them. Now, after several months of use, they still feel perfectly secure. (Though I did save the little tool, just in case I ever need to tighten them up.) Also the handle is cleverly engineered not to heat up, even over a fairly high gas flame. And of course it's stainless steel, so no worries about over-heating this pan -- and I can use my metal utensils without fear! All in all this pan works as hard as I do in the kitchen, making my job substantially easier. So it gets my vote - 5 out of 5, and my recommendation as well. And at this price point, it's a bargain, too!

I love this pan. Its lack of nonstick coating makes it super versus in my kitchen. I can sear a chunk of meat then toss the pan and all in the oven for it to finished. There seems to be good heat conduction across the bottom of the pan and the shape and height of the sides lets me cook down sauces and gravies in decent time. The lid fits very well to help hold in steam and flavor. While I normally wouldn’t spend this much on a pan, this one is, I feel a very good buy.

Once assembled this sauté pan not only looks attractive but also cooks food evenly and is easy to wash.We haven't washed this in the dishwasher yet, but cleanup is easy when handwashed. The primary drawback of this pan is the poor tolerance of the nuts and bolts used to attach both the handle and the helper. If hand tightened the pan rattles when held by its handle. You have to be really careful when tightening the bolts using the provided spanner. A bolt on my pan sheared off during assembly (see photo). Amazon's service is excellent and a replacement pan arrived within two days.
