Bought as a gift for a friend who had lost a family member. It arrived well packaged and I hadn't realised it came with the battery candle - much safer for longer use or overnight. It was well received and I think this is a lovely gift for those who are recently bereaved. I highly recommend.

Very pretty and a nice size. Base is not exactly level but still a very pretty lantern. Lettering is well done also.

It measures 11” from tip to bottom, very nicely made, the color is more on the beige side, then gray. It was delivered on time, and boxed well.

I bought this item a month ago and used it for a gift for a family member that lost a loved one. They absolutely loved it. I bought two more for other friends that have lost loved ones and this time around the glass did not have the writing on it. It had worn off. I felt so bad forgiven a gift that was defective. I reached out to Amazon and they wanted me to return the item of course to be able to give me a refund. I did not want to have to ask for the item back for the family member that it’s lost the loved ones so I kind of felt at a loss. I’m writing this review in case this happens to somebody else. I will not be ordering this item again because of this.
