Let me go ahead and say this. I bought the 3/8 inch sights for my scatter gun for turkey season. The sights came in, I attempted to install them, but….the screws are made of the softest metal known to man, and they will not tighten down enough to stay on the rib. I attempted to use the rubber pads, still no joy. Junk, but something else.

I bought this for SBE3 - 20 gauge NWTF greenleaf that I won and although it says I need the 8mm, the 6mm was still a little big after measuring my barrel rib. Screws to mount are extremely soft metal and strip out very easy and you don't really know how well you got it on. After seeing this product, I'm thinking it may just be easier to switch my shooting style to the "European" method because I don't see a way that I can take this sight off after turkey season and the screws be usuable (they strip out easy). I will probably return for the price.

Installed these on my 12 gauge. I know, its a shotgun, but what a joy to use when hunting birds. Lines up nicely and the sights glow very good in low light.

I bought the 1/4" rib model. After getting these attached to shotguns rib, it was rock solid. I applied some blue Loctite to the screws. After drying overnight, I fired a 25 rnd box of birdshot and a box of 00 buck through it. The sights are still rock solid. I even picked the gun up by the front and the rear sight and shook it. The sights didn't move. Even picked it up by the very small windage adjustable rear sight. No movement. Yes, the screws are small. Just don't get carried away. Use your common sense and tighten using 2 fingers only. I'm very happy with these sights.

I really like these sights. They are not very big but big enough. They are very easy to find. They install super quick and feel very solid! Very happy. I'm going to got put some 1600fps slugs through the shotty and see if they stay on I'm 90% sure they will stay put though. They feel really good. You can get the screws nice and snug no problem. I will post update if the fall off with heavy use. If no update they stayed on and I'm stoked.

Perfect fit on a Stoeger pump gun with 6mm rib. A tad snug but some light encouragement with a rubber mallet seated them perfectly to the point I would venture to guess they would stay in place without the set screws. I agree with others who stated the fibers seem a bit small but that's not necessarily a con IMO. I replaced the front red fiber with a green one to match the rear (these old eyes have trouble with red) and now have a clear and bright full sight picture. The green gathers and projects a much sharper and clearly defined dot. Set screws are somewhat small and I could easily see getting too heavy with torquing them down and stripping or breaking them. I put just a touch of blue loctite on them, snugged them up and then gave them an additional light bump. Threadlocker will somewhat lube them allowing ease of installation versus dry threads so don't get too heavy handed with the included hex key. I don't foresee any issue's and these should do fine for turkey season.

I only gave 4 stars because the adjustment screw on the rear sight is a little weak. While tightening it down I actually broke the screw head off and the sight was still loose and had movement before breaking. I since have replaced the screw and it is holding up great
