TRU-SPEC used to be my go-to brand of pants, but no longer!!! I consider Tac pants a tool. I need them to hold my gear both on and off duty. They have a function that they need to perform. While TRU-SPEC used to be a quality pant that performed the function of carrying my gear (spare magazine, wallet, ID, flashlight, multitool, small firearm in a front pocket, etc.), they no longer work as they used to!!! although I've not had any issues over the years in regards to the front pockets carrying a firearm, the rest of the pockets have let me down!!! It appears that either the thread they use, or the stitching itself has become substandard after only a few weeks use, with large amounts of stitching on pockets coming out. Outer pockets on the sides and front of the pants (not ones you wear by sitting on them) have whole seams opening up. Things like a lightweight AA-sized flashlight will inevitably be lost through an opened seam. A slightly heavier multitool in another pocket? Gone! Divided pockets inside the thigh pockets have the bottom seams opening so that items get caught in between the left and right sections, making them difficult to retrieve. Most in law enforcement who carry phones (typically large Android or iPhone-sized) put them in protective cases. Those cased phones no longer fit in the Drop-In pockets! TRU-SPEC tac pants, which are sold for the purposes of holding things, no longer serve that purpose! Also, with the prices constantly rising, they are approaching the level of some of the top tier brand pants. I cannot justify paying close to $100 for a pair of TRU-SPEC pants that fall apart prematurely when I can spend a bit more and get a pant that performs better, and more importantly doesn't fall apart after a few weeks wear.

They pants seem pretty good. Just used them once at work. Only thing to know is that the LAPD blue is pretty dark, almost seems like a black.

Peerless cuffs are the best value overall when it comes to restraint devices. The fit and finish is superior to S&W and the locking pin is easier to get to. If your significant other demands quality handcuffs, look no further than Peerless.

They’re lightweight, waterproof and very durable! Not to mention very comfy, I have a hard time finding pants that fit me these fit perfect!

These have a great style and material. I usually wear a 34 inch waist and these are very roomy, a inch smaller would be perfect but next size down is two inches. Look good out doing everyday activities and are great for work. Planning to buy more, watching for sales

These pants are exactly what I've been looking for. The waist being flexible allows for movement. Being as I'm always moving, bending, climbing etc my old pants would either be strangling me or falling down. Besides that, they're very light weight but strong. In the winter they're the perfect thickness to throw a pair of thermals under in the 30's in the warmer weather they're much cooler than other pants I've used. This was critical as I have to wear long pants in the summer for work. I'm pretty tough on stuff and don't take a review like this lightly. I spent a week doing research on tactical pants and these were one of the finalists, which turned out to be the best of the best. I like the snap, pocket arrangement (ample and low profile anti snag) No Rear Flaps! 🙏 Normal size belt loops so a man can still use his carabiner for keys, but big enough to support whatever gear your carrying. Deep front pockets, they have it all! Only gripe is they're not made in America, but almost no pants are and certainly none in this category.

In my opinion these pants are Tru Spec's best product.Sensibly featured, functionally cut with gusseting and stretch panels that allow freedom of movement without bunching or gathering. Pockets are subdiveded and generous, but lay flat when empty. Belt loop spacing is practical for both carry and hook and loop retained outer duty belts.Accurate sizing for standard uniform wear, a waist size up for concealed carry does not make the waist bunch when belted without. Most importantly to me, they are available unhemmed, generous enough that a 38" inseam still allows a hem more than a 1/4".Green color is a true Olive Green, not the foliage green pictured.Wish they were available in Coyote and Grey in unhemmed lengths.
