Very cool. I hope you know what you’re doing when you’re thinking about buying these. Hint-drill some screws in the holes if you can’t get it to press in like it’s supposed to with a hammer

Going to build a truss for a sawmill. Was looking for connectors and these came up. Think they will work just fine. Seem sturdy and look like other truss connectors I have seen.

So I made a mess of these, but they still did the job. I didn’t realize that you needed a special kind of tool to make truss plates work properly, I just wanted to mend a fence together.Which I did, but ended up using screws.They are made of the quality they should be made of and in the end, did what they should do.

This is a good package of mending plates. A total of 12 plates come in the box and they are 3x6 inches made of 20 gauge galvanized steel. The teeth are off set from each other for better griping power and very sharp. When installing they seemed to install quite easily.

These truss plates were exactly what I was looking for. I installed with a 3 pound sledgehammer. Worked great. A good forearm workout.

I got these for a project I'm going to working...a shed for fire wood. I will use these to create the roofing trusses which will make the project go faster and I can pre-build them on the ground and have them ready to go up when the walls are in place.Using plates like these is easy and they create a very strong structure. If I have enough I would also use them to fix them to the the top plate of the walls, but I may have to get another box of these to do that- there are 12 in this box, which is enough for the roof trusses themselves, but not enough for more than that.These plates are uniform in size, well made and easy to use...I'll cut boards to size and then fit them together on a bench and simply back these into place where boards butt together to create the trusses. Its just that easy.
