Product is great. Amazon got it to me on time.However,CT Johnson Enterprises, Inc has ZERO...NONE...NOT A SINGLE SHRED...might even be negative..a COMPLETE LACK of customer service.They didn't deny a return, or say no to an odd request. But you try reaching out to their customer service see how far you get.I contacted them twice, with a pretty simple question, leaving plenty of response time. Sitting on an email for two weeks, not once, but twice, seems like it would get a tad stale.Nope, got no reply, no, "What's wrong with you?", or even an, "Everybody knows that!"To sum up, I like the products. Three keyed alike locks for different areas is an excellent idea!Don't try to contact the manufacturer directly. Black Hole!
