I just received this jack and haven't used it yet but when assembling it found 1 of the wheels broken from the factory. I hope I find the rest of the quality is better and the jack operates safely.

The unit was great on the whole.. The only problem I had to replace the bolts and nuts that hold the wheels on… it was impossible to tighten. Them without stripping the bolts.. they could not take more than 1 foot pound.. you need to buy some high tensile nuts, bolts, and washers from your local hardware store.The nuts and bolts provided were extremely sub par.Everything else was fine

I was installing the new transmission when there was an issue with the jack. I was outside of the return window, but considering the jack was new and the transmission was well within the jack capabilities I reached out to Amazon to resolve the issue. Amazon put me in contact with the seller and after sending pictures and speaking with a representative they sent me a new jack. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not have any issues making a purchase from them again.As far as the jack goes it is made from heavy steal and the hydraulic holds pressure. I wish the castors were a little bigger to make maneuvering the jack with a transmission easier.

After like a month and a half of finding an opening it because I had good weather I started putting it together and I noticed a lot of bad things I noticed c-clips missing a cotter pin missing and some of the welds are broken I'm just glad that I have enough brain to inspect things before I use them cuz this could kill somebody
