We ordered outfits last minute for an 80s party on our cruise ship. The item arrived quickly. The quality is great. The elastic band is thick and didn’t dig into my waist. It is short, but that’s the whole point of it. It has multiple layers. It is a little see through. I wore leggings and a bodysuit with this over it and it was a huge hit at the party. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for an 80s tutu. Color was exactly what I was looking for.

This tutu was perfect for spirit week dress up. Pink out was the theme. The color was bright and vibrant, just as was shown in posting. It fluffed out nicely and was a great value for the low price. The waist band is stretchy making it fit several sizes comfortably. Normally a size 0 or xs and it fit perfect with plenty of room.

They must have two or three tutus on in the picture because it is not near this full and does not stand out like this. Otherwise it's a good tutu.
