A little hard to get the picture to the right brightness.DOES NOT come with any directions for setting up the TV.Nice quality TV ....... Tried the 17 inches which was terrible/RETURNED> BAD picture and low volumeWe can get good volume out of this TV.

The picture on this TV is way out of proportion. Normal TVs have an aspect ratio of 16x9, or 1.77. This TV measures 16.5x10.5, giving an aspect ratio of 1.57. This means people and objects look too tall and narrow. How did it even make it on the market?The remote is good with many features, but there is no pairing with your universal cable remote, and you must keep both of them together at all times. It does have adjustable color/tint controls as well as other adjustments to get the picture to look pleasing to the eye. A Zoom control changes the aspect for16x9 or 4x3, but cannot fix the bad aspect ratio of 1.57, as the frame size is all wrong.The speakers are facing away from the viewer, or toward the back, giving you a muffled low sound. I tried plugging in a sound system into the ear phone jack, but the volume is waaay down, and unuseable. Stay away from this TV.

Replaced my other tv due to new cable upgrade with this one ,installed inside a kitchen cabinet microwave location.After installing setup was easy has a nice picture ,sound quality is poor due to speakers in back at max volume .On remote when increasing volume only, it caused the channels to change at the same time remote may be defective not able to pair tv with my cable remote .Also had adjustable extension bracket on previous tv had to further extend new tv further out of cabinet to improve sound quality.Tried to sync with a bluetooth speaker not able to work and don't know if a sound bar works no audio output connection on tv.

This is a nice 20 inch TV set that is easy to get going fast. Just plug in a Firestick or any other streaming device into the HDMI outlets and go! Also has a tuner for local free stations, which is excellent. You do need to get an antenna, but these days they are inexpensive and powerful. The TV is small enough to take into the kitchen and then bring into the bedroom to watch before bed time. Nice looking, simple stand that easily go in the bottom. Comes with remote, batteries, plug. A very nice set/monitor.

This brand is not listed in the Amazon Fire Stick pairing. For the life of me, I cannot get this TV paired with the FireTV remote. So for the time being, I'm stuck using the TV remote to turn it on, and then the FireTV remote to watch my Fire Stick. Harrumph.
