Still functional after four years year-round use in CT. Ordering another for back-up as how long can it last? I am careful not to overload it or shock the line. Excellent value. Some stretching, I do tighten it up maybe once a year.

It's a sturdy rope, great for drying clothes on my balcony.

Needed to make a dog "trolley" for my large dog. Not the dealers fault, but it is hard to visualize the strength of something just through descriptions. After my dog snapped the rope, I used the remaining piece for a clothesline and works fine. Gave 5 stars because it does work on what it is intended by manufacturer to use for.

Bought this exact clothesline four years ago and it was time to get a new one. When I was putting it up I noticed a couple areas that looked a bit frayed. Had already removed the old line and was in the process running this new one so I decided to “take a chance” and keep this one. It’s been a few weeks and I’m already questioning the strength of this one, I live alone and use the line maybe once a month and I keep having to tighten the line as it sags quite a bit. Don’t think I can keep doing this because the line appears to be getting a bit thin. Time will tell

I made 2 rope bowls from one hank. It was easy to sew on and the finished bowls are very substantial feeling, not floppy or soft. I plan to make more with this brand. I bought some rope from WalMart and it's too soft; bowls made from it were less satisfactory. Even though the finished bowls with this brand are quite firm, the bowl doesn't feel too stiff. Everyone I showed them to thought they were great.
