I like these. I felt a difference immediately after using them. I felt like I actually did something good for myself. I am at that "certain age" where bingo wings takes on relevance when I don't even play bingo. I could use these in the pool and my joints didn't have any discomfort and after I finished- a few hours later, I could tell I made an impact. I will keep using these-

Love the set, but the gloves are wearing out after less than a year’s use. Not sure if that’s because I swim every day. The weights are awesome.

This works perfect, I now have 2 at my pool so when I want to pool jog I can ask a friend to come and join.
