While these aren't perfect, they are far better than some of the alternatives out there. Many of the "ESD tweezers" that you find out there are literally stamped, very low-quality pot metal that sometimes hasn't even been ground to remove sharp edges. These, while not quite as good as my older Pixnor tweezers, are about as close as I can find.

I love this tool set for all my papercrafting projects! My granddaughter lives & goes to collage in Orlando and I am in New Port Richey, Florida. I am handicapped, and can no longer drive. If she is going to have a few days off from school, she will drive down, pick me up and take me to Orlando to get me out of the house for awhile. She loves to papercraft with me, so this little tool set is great for me to stick in my craft bag when I go spend time with her. I am going to purchase another one and put it in her Christmas stocking. So she can have her own set of tools. The roll up case is made out of canvas and each tool fits into it's own pocket and has protective covers on all the tips for safety. The entire thing then rolls up and is held closed by two elastic straps. If you are a crafter, this is a perfect tool set for fine detail work. Try it...you will love it!!!

I love the tweezers, but hate the case, as the tweezers fall out of it. Sew a flap over the end so that the tweezers can't fall out, and then you'd get 5 stars.

These are well made and I use them for assembly purposes with electronics, I am more than sure they are by far good enough for what ever uses you need them for.

These tweezers are amazing! I've only used one so far but I have no complaints. super precision hold which works great for holding really small parts when working on model kits. The feel of these tweezers is nice. They feel weighted and not cheap although for the price you'd think they were. The storage bag is nice and well made too. Highly recommended as far as what I use them for.(modeling)

When you're dealing with precision work, which these are intended for, the tools need to be precise as well. The biggest problem is the random chance for slight manufacturing faults which cause the tips not to align correctly. Some are skewed to the sides, some have a "duck bill" type of tip which pushes the actual point of contact further back from where its supposed to be. 3-4 of mine are like this, the rest are A-OK. Extremely sharp and they hold the work well without needing any grippy texture. Haven't been able to verify the ESD protection. They all have protective caps, which is a relief since even when rolled up, they have a tendency to slide out if you're not careful.

exactly as described, perfect for what I wantedupdate: they have white ink branding label on the handles. it is coming off and is sticky. I'd ding them half a star for this if I could.on the other hand, they work very well for picking up 0805 smd. had no problem grabbing or holding onto to the smds - have not tried anything smaller but am sure they would work well. some other tweezers I have tried were slippery and it was difficult to hold onto the part, not a problem with these, they grip well without feeling abrasive.these are now my number one go-to's for any job requiring tweezers.
