I bought the U1 hoop per my sister's request because she bought one and loved it.I received it today and she and I did a zoom call and we worked out together.The hoop was so easy to put together and we used it for 30 minutes which was so easy.It is smooth and quiet, and you can tell with just 30 minutes of a workout that you worked out!I am planning on using this every day or at least as often as my daily life will allow me too.I don't think for the price that you can go wrong and what I love best is as you decrease your waistline you just remove the links to make it smaller so it can be used the whole time as your losing weight!I will update with my progress after I use it more.

I received this hola hoop this morning. The U1 is much easier to put together than a previous hola hoop I purchased. I loved hola hooping as a child and am excited about learning to do this one. It has been quite a few years since I have hola hooped. I’m a little out of shape and practice. Looking forward to using this hola hoop and reaching my weight loss goal for 2025. Losing weight is a journey and I’m ready to move forward.It is easy to assemble, fits and is not too heavy!

I love this pick of exercise equipment. Being a bigger person I have had so much fun with this. I was afraid that it would not be comfortable or would not fit properly but boy was I wrong. I went with one a little bigger than my measurements just in case but I feel I would have been fine without stepping up. It is super easy to assemble. Easy to store. When in use it does require more room. Easy to get on and off yourself. As you tune you simple unclip a link and keep on going. There is not a lot of noise by you do hear a slight hum as the pendulum moves around the waist area. Easy to watch TV and still hear your favorite show but get some exercise in too

I like the product it was easy to assemble and easy and fun to use BUT why don’t the hoops with larger waists come with the counter like the smaller waists? Seems a bit discriminatory like larger people don’t want to have the same experience as smaller individuals. I ALMOST sent the product back because of that. Disappointed

I used this rpoduct but didnt feel anything soar the naxt day. So to me i dont think its worth it. It was fun the first 5 min. After that, it was verry long to finish a 30 min trainning

I am currently 332lbs. and on a 100+ lb. Weightloss journey, and this was such an awesome add! I used it twice as soon as I received it and still feel the burn from its use. I intend on using it daily and look forward to it helping me achieve my goal weight!

I finally caved and bought the hula hoop. A friend has a different one and loves it, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I think mine is better than hers. I quickly snapped it together without needing the instructions. The packaging was far above my expectations. It's so easy to get started on it. You just give the weight I little swoosh and off you go! The movements needed to keep it going are not extreme. I have the rhythm and coordination of a dying fish and I was easily capable of keeping the motion. I was also able to play on my phone while working out, something great for my easily distracted mind. The noise that it produces was way below what I expected from it. I went for 30 minutes today and will be increasing as I progress.

I really enjoyed using this product. It was definitely giving me results for the month that I had it. Unfortunately, the “wheels “ in the sliding part came off and it is unusable. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. It happened one day after the return date and Amazon can’t (or won’t) help. I received it one month ago today. Unacceptable.
