I bought it because I would always get oil or fluid on my lift surface one way or another and when I would go to take the bike off the lift my front tire would slide and get liquid on the tire and then on my floor. This tray is a little wide by 2" but it's actually a benefit because any fluid will slide to one side and I can have a towel soaking up any fluid. It goes between my Street Glude front and rear tire perfectly without any issues and can catch any fluids or dirt that drops down. It is a bit flimsy but it's completely fine unless you have fluid on it that you're trying to take out in the tray. If you do that it will be like a paper plate with two helpings of food! Plop!
