It’s useful but we definitely didn’t use it for very long , it’s best on smoother surfaces because regular outside use was not it lol but it is as pictured, height is adjustable , color is exact , and I’d say durable

I wondered why this item was on the more expensive side but now that I have it I understand! This is very sturdy and quality. It is real metal and the wheels glide great.It even came with protective tape to wrap around to prevent a child from banging their head.Very impressed!

Very solid well made, but I would measure your kid at least up to their armpits, cause it’s a little tall, but I’ve used it on the ice and on the pavement. It can’t really go over cracks in the sidewalk though. Might consider putting some bigger wheels.

Bought this for my daughter to help her stay upright as she learns to roller skate. This sucessfully prevents her from falling and works on her balance. Install was easy but wrapping the cusion around the top ring takes a little time. Took me about 25 minutes to put it all together.

This actually kept my 5 and 6 year olds safe from falling while they learned to skate. It was also easy to assemble. They’ll still use it while skating just because they like it. And they’ve also found creative ways to play with it without skates. They play on this thing every single day.

This review speaks to the phenomenal customer service of this company. I ordered this roller skate trainer for my daughter through Amazon with a coupon and waited a week for it to be shipped. Well the packaged was deemed undeliverable and when I went to re-order the coupon was no longer available. So I called up Amazon looking to get the item for the same price and they said they would issue me a refund and send out a replacement item free of charge for the inconvenience and that I would be getting a confirmation email about this. When I received the email all it said is that I was refunded the money so now the hour I spent on the phone with Amazon was apparently for nothing and I would need to call back again to see if I could get the item for the same price. I mentioned all the time I spent on the phone and the offer that Amazon had extended the day before for the free replacement. Amazon then told me I could order the item again. In the meantime the ultraverse company reached out to me to check on the purchase of my item. Upon hearing what happened the ultraverse company decided to make good on Amazon's promise and send me a free replacement product. This speaks volumes about this company for me. I will be returning to this company for all my future orders possible.After receiving the product I am extremely happy with it. Very easy to put together. It can be taken apart easily to put in the trunk. It's very sturdy and works great. I love the padding at the top. My kids love to use it and it works great. Wonderful product.
