DO NOT BUY!!!!! They are junk. They are way too hard. I broke 2 of them with the first strike trying to wedge a tree over. As soon as you hit them the blow up in to100 little pieces very dangerous!!! I would not recommend these to anyone worst wedges out there!!! They shouldn’t even sell them!!!

Not sure when I'll get a chance to actually use these wedges for taking down a tree, but I plan to at least use them to help me split firewood for my fire pit this year. Until then, they look and feel well made, and they're much heavier than I expected. To me that means they're nice and solid.

Great price, sturdy, and useful. This is a good deal for six felling wedges. They're heavier than the wedges I had previously and offered in three sizes that can be applied in a range of different situations. I own a piece of recreational property and am always clearing undesirable trees for timber stand improvements as well as opening up shooting lanes for my hunting stands. These wedges will definitely see some use over the next few weeks as I set to work prepping my land for next season. I'm very pleased with them.

I do not take down trees all the time, but when I do - having wedges around to help aid in moving the tree you want it to move is always a good idea. This a solid kit of wedges that any homeowner would be glad to have. I used these on a 20 foot aspen tree in my backyard and it made the whole process of tree removal safer and more predictable.
