Don’t expect a timely response from them (still waiting to hear back ) when half of the slides out if a six-pack are unusable because they are broken. They are decent slides so I don’t see why they don’t stand by their product when there’s obvious evidence of damage.

My spouse pestered me for months to install drawers in our kitchen cabinets. I researched Amazon and found these soft close slides. The price for 6 pairs was great, I built the drawers and used these slides. They were easy to install and work GREAT! We have a few heavier appliances that were hard to get out of the cabinet. Now with these slides, just pull the drawer out fully and lift the appliance out very easy. Wife loves the soft close feature and they work very well, sliding in and out with ease. I would buy these again and highly recommend them.

Package arrived damaged but nothing was missing. Began installation but realized several of the slides were bent inward on the backside, causing friction between the drawer box and slide when closing. This also affected how smoothly the drawers closed. Luckily, was able to use a heat gun and bend them somewhat straight. A few of the drawers still do not close easily and require a decent amount of force. Lastly, they can be relatively difficult to install so be prepared for a challenge.

Adequate Drawer self Close Soft Close Slides. Easy to install on existing drawers. They don’t feel like top quality. Latches are all plastic. On the set of 6, 5 had a broken plastic cap on the right hand rail looking at it installed. Didn’t seem to affect operation so I used it as is. Now we see how they will hold up.

I bought these to replace Blum undermount drawer slides on existing drawers. They matched the Blum installation exactly so I did not have to make any adjustments. They are just about as sturdy, although slightly lighter release levers, than Blum, but at a much better price.
