Actually, the physical quality of the camera and the casing seemed very good, the setup (or lack of) instructions and the software side of this device has clearly been slapped together by someone who doesn't care.

I appreciated the fact that the network details and RTSP stream addressed were clearly and concisely included on the thumb drive that came with the product. What's more, I reached out to the vendor with a question about other types of units and received an email and skype response within 8 hours. It was clear the representative really knew their product lines and technicalities. I will be ordering these units for further projects, for sure.

This is my third purchase of these cameras and have to say of all the under water cameras I've used in my Koi pond, these are by far the best built cameras I've used.I've attached some pictures captured from the cameras, and some of how I mount them in my straight walled pond for easy relocation and mounting depth adjustment.I leave the PVC unpainted as it will become covered in algae over time but could be painted with a pond safe paintThese pictures are without any external or internal light source other than a cloudy day, you can see one of the other cameras across the pond in the first 2 images.

I purchased the unit last week. I had issues with configuring the camera with the driver that came with the USB stick. The software do not recognize the camera. i contacted the tech support and was told i need to download the newer driver from the company web site. after i did this the camera works fine. I would have given it a 5 star if the they can put the correct driver on the usb stick. this would have saved me sometimes for debugging the issue
