I was advised by a doctor to wear elbow pads for several months to protect the nerves going through my elbows, as I was experiencing some numbness in my hands. These worked well enough for that purpose, but after about four or five months the elastic started to fail and they no longer stayed on. If you're not using them all day every day they will probably hold up longer.

These are a great value for the money, fit well for my 12 year old who plays volleyball and tore her elbow up, she will be using these from now on. Good padding, great level of protection.

Since i saw zero reviews on muay Thai protection ( for this scenario anyway ) i thought it'd help someone, its Great for Muay thai heavy Bag training 👍 prevents elbow damage drilling elbows on heavy Bag ! Just right enough padding where it protects and soft enough to dig the elbows into the bag, and yes 2 pairs sent, amazing deal and just what i was looking for elbow protection from the heavy bag! Helped me even with the previous elbow blister when I didn't gave this gem of a pad! Thanks to sellers!
