Say universal but is more for compact or mid size sedans and coupeโs. Donโt fit Nissan versa note . Material look good but is shiny and scratches easily. For protection is fine but don expects a high quality product.Red part look like a plastic toy .

Was looking for a new bumper lip for my 2011 VW Golf. I had one prior that was made specifically for my vehicle, but an unfortunate incident with a loose load on highway resulted in it getting ripped off by role of carpet tumbling on roadway. Thankfully nothing else was damaged, so was on the lookout for a new one and saw this option. I was a little hesitant as 'universal' can sometimes be problematic and exactly how it adjusts was a little unclear.Happy to say this ended up fitting and working really well, and exceeded my expectations. Basically you have 3 primary 'sections', middle, left, and right. The middle section comes in three pieces that are put together in a standard single size way with included screws. Then the two sides are meant to slide under the center section on their respective ends, and are meant to adjusted further in or out, or rotated until you get the correct width of your bumper and curvature. Then you secure them together with a couple of screws that are drilled through the plastic to mend the parts together on each side. This part is a little clunky and tricky to get lined up right and also drill together at same time.I found the easiest way to get things lined up and fit was to install the center section first and secure it in-place. Then attach each side piece individually as it was easier to then line up the limp with curvature of my pumper. Then carefully mark where the sections meet and where you want to drill, set it down and drill starter holes, the lift it back up and secure with screws. Patience and careful measuring are key to getting it even on both sides, and an extra pair of hands is really helpful. As to the finish, I got the all black version with silver support arms. It's nice glossy finish, but does seem to mar the high gloss finish easily if not careful installing it so be careful. As to included parts and installations instructions, you get lots of various screws and some brackets to adapt to various situations. I did not end up using the support arms at this time, as once everything was screwed into bottom of bumper it's pretty solid. Also, it seems there's no consistent manner for how the arms should be used or installed and they expect you to drill holes through the lip and your bumper or grill to attach them. I was wanting to do this, and decided I didn't want that look anyways. Also, the directions are terrible! While it is 'universal', the instructions are really a let-down, have terrible quality diagrams, and poorly written.Overall, it looks good in the end, but takes a bit of patience to get it installed correctly, and how well it looks may certainly vary depending on application and your vehicle model.

Picked up this front splitter for my SRT Charger, and I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed in how this looks and performs overall! The craftsmanship is just not there and seriously looks like those old kid pedal cars that is cheap plastic! Was going to modify this by making certain cuts as this thing hangs way too low on a car like mine and scrapes on everything, and was going to vinyl wrap it to make it look halfway decent, but ended up going a different route! For what this is, it's not the worst, but if you have a higher end vehicle you're thinking of installing this on, I would highly pass on this and go with an alternative! The fit and finish will just make your car look very cheap and basic, and like a teenager got a hold of the aftermarket parts isle at pep boys!!! 2 stars for the splitter rods addition and the unique red plastic piece in the middle.

This is so durable and easy to be able to install. The quality is really good as well as the performance for this part as well.

In the 1980's they only made front air dams for a select few make / model vehicles. The universal fit types were just rubber molding you would get from JC Whitney and they were expensive and did not look so great. How far we have come. These universal fit spoilers look like they were made for your vehicle. The colors available are smart looking. The install is quick and only requires one person. The structural rigidity is satisfactory. The anchor points hold well. Stay away from curbs - they may not survive. No painting required. But, it is paintable.
