The larger wire was supposed to be 1.5mm diameter. It turns out to be between 1.9 and 2mm which necessitated me drilling out an attachment to allow the wire to thread correctly.However, I can't complain too much as it was a good price and delivery was prompt. It allowed me to get my 1967 Lotus Elan back on the road with a new throttle cable!

I haven't tried this yet because I haven't had a broken cable yet.I've used kits just like this for years.Since it's for an emergency repair, it won't be used until there's an emergency.Parts look well made.There's a sufficient quantity of partsI'm satisfied.
