Clean and Apply Film
Ensure the windshield area is clean, then position the static film smoothly onto the windshield.

Remove Suction Cup
Carefully remove any existing suction cups from the transponder.

Attach Strips
Affix the strips to the back of the transponder. If already present, skip to the next step.

Remove Liner
Peel off the clear liner from the strips to expose the sticky side.

Secure Transponder
Firmly press the transponder against the static film, ensuring the strips adhere securely.

Secure Your Toll Sticker in Four Simple Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Sticker and Film: Peel off the film with the black tab. Apply your toll sticker directly onto the film, ensuring it's centered and smooth.
Step 2: Clean the Windshield: Clean the area of the windshield where the film will be attached. Ensure it’s free from any dirt or oils.
Step 3: Attach the Film to the Windshield: Remove the red tab to reveal the adhesive side of the film. Position it carefully on the windshield.
Step 4: Final Adjustments: Firmly press the film against the windshield to secure it in place.

The directions that comes with this Mounting Kit is not very clear. I recommend using Youtube before mounting the plastic sheet in this kit. Know that there is a third sheet that is to be adhered to the windshield. The outer two sheets protects the inner third sticky sheet which goes on the windshield. Once you see the Youtube video, you will know what I mean. Other than the lack of clear directions, this is a good investment. I am using mine to adhere a Toll Pass to my windshield which can then be removed and replaced multiple times.
