These bookends hold a couple of dozen books on my desk securely and they look nice, matching my black mesh desk chair.

I have several binders and paper files laying on top of my desk just taking up valuable space. I can overlap the two bookends to about 5" of space for the binders and files, freeing up space on my desk. Sturdy bookends and the no-skid bottom is a great feature.
