Nice, high quality product that arrived quickly and works well. Only issue was the lid did not fasten as easily as my old one, which I still had, so I just use the old one. I probably would have asked for a better-fitting lid from the seller if my original wasn’t available.

Part of the base is already rusting. Pitcher is also louder now than it was when I first purchased it only a month or so ago. Don't feel like it's going to last. If not, it's wasted money on an off brand product. I regret not getting the Vitamix brand pitcher. I would return it if it wasn't only 10 days after the return window closed.

I committed the cardinal sin of blending course spices in my vitamix and absolutely ruining my pitcher. I needed a replacement ASAP and really didn't have the funds for some of these. This was a great price and I thought it may be a cheap placeholder but it's really great shape and quality. I actually like the taller and thinner pitcher more than the shorter and wider one my Vitamix came with. Sometimes when making just a side sauce it would barely cover the bottom and not blend properly
