Ok, full disclosure. I got this product and one lock was broken. I contacted the company and they jumped all over it! They got me another set shipped out immediately and was very interested in what happened to the first one. They seem to take pride in their products. I have a parent with beginning stages of dementia, and this is a reminder for him to wash his hands before he gets in the refrigerator. It works great at this point.

Sturdy, clear instructions and set up, easy to operate, and the velcro strap to hold the lock up and out of reach is a great addition. It works perfectly, unless your determined child cuts it in half. It's still a five-star product in my opinion but lesson learned. Hide the scissors. Thankfully it's a two-pack.

Very simple to set up and does its job - well when it actually does. I got the two pack for cabinents and one works great! However, the second one just randomly locked up after only a couple uses. The right combination with no new changes and yet it wont unlock and there isn’t a fail safe to reset it. I’m honestly not sure why it suddenly just stopped working and no the combination wasn’t changed and isn’t wrong because its the same one as the other that still works. Very weird issue but I’ll search around for a resolution. If not I’ll just cut it off and get a different lock.*Update*Contacted support and they were exceptionally fast at responding. Absolutely no hesitation to help me in this situation and resolved my issue.

My 3-year-old was notorious for busting all the eggs, these things are lifesavers. extremely easy to set the little code and they are wide enough that even if the code was in it they can't click them open.

My children seem to break just about every lock EXCEPT this one. It works great! The strap is adjustable making it perfect for cabinets and the fridge door. It’s easy enough to open for even children HOWEVER, the added security of a lock code makes it the perfect lock. It’s easy to install and easy to reset the code. Overall super happy with this lock great value product.

Update: we’ve now purchased this lock twice because the lock breaks out of nowhere. Here I am for a 3rd time buying it again because my 2nd lock broke. It is an amazing lock as long as it isn’t broken. I keep buying this kind because I’ve tried other locks that aren’t as convenient as this one.This little lock works beautifully! I’m beyond impressed with it. My son has ASD, and in the middle of the night he will go to the fridge and eat anything and everything that he can. He doesn’t do it because he is hungry. He does it out of a compulsion, and he honestly can’t stop himself. So, the lock fix our issue. Now, if only the lock could put itself back on the fridge, or if it could send a signal to my phone to tell me I forgot to lock it, then it would be over-the-top amazing!! Haha I am very happy about this purchase. Thank you for making a quality product for a really fair price.
