The Tire works well on my Jet 18" Band Saw. Installing it was FUN! I tried the hot water processes the small instruction sheet recommended. Nope! I used a heat gun and warmed up the entire piece. Recommend clamping tire to wheel and using heat gun and 2 Phillip screwdrivers (Smooth round shank) I worked it like installing a tire on bicycle. Really helps if you have a helper .

This product fit perfect and the little tool included to assist with placing the tire in the wheel was very useful. It’s a two man job as the third hand makes the process much easier due to the tight fit required.

Had to build a jig to put them on. Not easy at all after heat tires they still would not stretch enough.about 5 hrs later and 3 trips to Utube I got them on.

These are excellent Band Saw Tires; how ever you will find them very challenging to install.Forget the video that shows them being replaced with the wheels on the machine or using a bench top vise.Remove the wheels from your machine. Use two clamps to tie them down to the corner of a solid secured work bench from the inside of the wheels. You'll need some very hot water, "almost boiling Hot" to soften the belts enabling you to stretch them over the wheels. I pre-heated the wheels with a touch so they wouldn't instantly cool the tires on contact. Using two rubber shoe'd clamps; attach the first clamp at the start and stretch like hell, till you're at least 2/3 the way around the rim. Secure the second clamp so as to not loose your place when stretching the last 1/3 over the wheel using the provided tool. You will need a pulley puller to remove the lower drive wheel. To re-install clean mating shaft and bore.Use a torch to heat the area around the bore. This will enable you to slide the wheel back into place without having to force it. Note: The lower wheel is keyed to the shaft. (Woodruff Key)Don't worry about the tires being flat, the wheels have the crown machined into them and the new tires will follow.

No high or low spots, blade tracks well. Doesn’t pick up too much junk when running. As easy to install as any large band.

Fits well and easy to install. I did use glue. Belt started to walk off pulley but may be due to me having blade to tight.

Took alittle bit of trial and error to figure out how to get the tires on. The included tool to help was more of an issue to try and use as its not strong enough. I finally used two clamps at 12 and 6 o'clock and slowly stretched it with a flat head screw driver on one side to get it on and did the same on the other. Once I got the first tire on the process was easy. But a very good learning curve for changing out my first tire. Over all these tires have been running very smooth and no issues at all. Will include pics later.
