I bought this thing, so it would be easier to log into my computer. I would just have to touch a thing to make it log in. But it's more irritating now than ever, and I end up having to enter in my pen or use my face identification with my camera more often than not. This is the exact opposite of convenience!

Event-viewer in my 24H2-windows-11 is telling me on every boot-up that the driver did not load right.There are times when (on login) the device is not seen at all, but a restart wakes it up, and it works great.My last fingerprint reader was several years old and going blind, so I bought this one, which works great, when the driver finally gets going.The hardware is great. I only wish windows knew what it was and how to use it.
