The himalayan salt lamp is really great. The 7 color-changing options is really great to have rather than just the traditional pink color. It creates a warm, calming ambiance that’s perfect for any room, as well as fun. I love how unique it is, making it a great piece of home decor or a gift. It’s compact and easy to use, and the soft glow is really great, not overpowering at all. Highly recommend!

I saw some reviews that complained that the colored lights cycled through the colors automatically then rated it badly for it. The product description clearly states that it will slowly cycle through the colors. So I got it to see what's up, then I took it apart. It was easy, just two long screws.Yes, there is a thumbnail sized lightbulb that changes color. No, it doesn't have an on and off switch. If you look at it as advertised though, it's a nice, solid little product. It is salt. It's a generous sized, large enough that I can't wrap my hand around it.The base is solid wood, and as metioned, it's screwed on with long screws, so its not glued and will last longer. The different colors, at the brightness level it is, would make a fine nightlight, especially for kids, or if you have insomnia, and are going to stare at the ceiling anyway. The changing colors are mesmerizing, and might give your brain something soothing to pay attention to.It's a no-frills, pretty decent product.

Very pretty rock but...unfortunately you cannot change the colors. I thought there would be a control for it but it does not. It also has to be plugged into a USB adapter (not included), for it to work. Not a fan of the changing colors for the bedroom but it would be okay for an office space perhaps. Not exactly what I was looking for.

I always wanted one of these. I put it in my bathroom because it was a smaller area and this thing really does work. It's not going to CURE your sinuses or allergies, but it will DEFINITELY help. The price is great. I'll definitely order a few more and give them away as Christmas gifts.

This salt lamp looks and performs exactly as advertised on the seller's page. Dimensions are true with a wooden base and hardwired USB cord. Once plugged in it'll continuously rotate it's rainbow of colors until unplugged. This is the one con I have for this product. Although it works and looks exactly as it is advertised, I pegged it down a star for hopeful product improvement. It really needs a selector switch for an option of just white light or rainbow rotation. I've purchased this exact same type of product at a discount store for $5. Sixteen is a bit steep for a small, rainbow, hardwired USB lamp. It's not a bad product but it does stand room for improvement if they want to charge such a higher price. Nice product with one con.

Ordered this small Himalayan salt lamp for one of the smaller rooms in my house since I thought it would be just the right size. And it was, of the now 3 salt lamps that I have this one is by far the smallest – and also the lightest in salt color. I knew when I ordered it that there wouldn't be a plugin – just a USB-A cord – which is annoying but survivable. I also knew that the light would be color-changing. What I did not know was that there would be no switches whatsoever and no way of controlling the light colors, dimness, and most importantly no on/off. Having to provide my own charging block was obnoxious enough but I am not too happy with the inability to even turn it on and off without having to unplug everything. I also do not like that whatever internal bulb is used there is no way to replace it if needed unlike my other 2 Himalayan salt lamps. The salt itself is a very pale pink that is almost white but the shape of the salt crystal is actually really nice. Anyway, in my opinion it's not there yet but with some improvements – mostly and on/off switch and some controls – this could be a fun little Himalayan salt lamp...

I like salt lamps but this one needs some improvement. The salt itself is decent quality and the wooden base is nice, too but the lamp itself isn’t great as far as versatility goes. The colors are very saturated so if you like vibrant colors this is for you! However there’s no dimmer, no on/off switch, can’t keep it steady on one color either. It just cycles through the colors pretty quickly. You also need a usb adapter, which I have but rather not dedicate one to this (and they should be clearer about that). Also the cord is black too which to me looks ugly with such a natural piece. I unscrewed it to change out the light bulb but the bulb is glued in. Great. I was going to give 3 stars but as it’s likely not to get used I’ll give it two.
