The product came used(dents/scratches) in an old package(old bag crinkled with holes) that was obviously tampered with. Also, it’s not sharp enough to make holes. I will be returning it.

There was a ridge on them stem that did not allow the tool to fully crimp the grommet

A third of the grommet never gets folded in the first round, have to readjust the position of the anvil and grommet to get the rest of it to go flat. Good enough otherwise.

I ended up not needing it and returned it, so I couldn't speak on how well it works or how well it holds up to continued use, but it appeared to be well made

There's a stem attached to the base, it's too large for 5mm eyelets. Going to try and use this for grommets when the order for those comes in. The rod has a barely-visible ring on one end that I'm assuming they're calling a punch. It didn't even make a dent in any material I tried. If it doesn't work for the grommets I'll update this review.

Works great and is a good price if you are doing a few by hand! I repaired my wife's canvas beach bag because the original grommets were pulling out. I got some grommets from my neighbor which were a little bigger than the original ones and replaced all 4 and it turned out awesome!
