First of all, it should be noted that the clamps are assembled incorrectly in the listing pictures. The threaded bolt and rubber contact piece are supposed to be facing downwards. That being said, these clamps work well. Easy to adjust, easy to install. No issues at all. I used them to make a jointing jig for my table saw, and got exactly what I was hoping for.

These are great hold downs for wood working jigs. One of them I had to file off a bit in order for it to hold down strongly but other than that they've been great.
