Collet runout was bad. End mill shook about 1/10”. Completely unusable for anything.

A 1/8" gage pin was very tight and spread the collet.TIR Exceeded 0.015". It was so visually bad that I didn't bother to measure.There was a small area pitted from rust. (Would not have affected use.)

The collet fit into the mill and holds 3/4 shank tool well.

It's a cheap collet. It holds 1/8" tools. It threads into an R8 spindle just fine. I dunno if I was expecting too much at this price point, but I didn't expect it to show up with two decent sized rust spots that are clearly deeper than just surface rust.
