Worked well cleaning the top of my jointer and table saw surfaces. Pad stayed on the 5-inch Random Orbital Sander without being flung off while in use. Also did a great job removing the rust on the surface of the jointer, leaving, very nice shiny surface.

Used 5" oscillating sander by hand with bespoke filter bag to 'scuff' hardwood floor. Discs prepped the surface quickly. 15 ft. x 12 ft. room done in 45 minutes, using 3 discs, although I could have gotten by with two. Also, prepped prefinished table to make-ready for clear coat. Perfect. Eight hole backer pad sucked dust right through disc in each case. Disc firmly adhered to backer pad in every case. Met expectations, +.

These pads work great for cleaning the cast iron tabletop of my table saw. I attach one to my random orbital sander and it makes quick work of cleaning the cast iron. Based on how well they work on my table saw, I am confident they will work well on other surfaces as well. Very inexpensive and worth the convenience of not having to hand scrub my table saw top.

I like the fact that they have hook and loop material on one side so you can easily put it on a DA for use but it does take away from being able to use the other side. They do last a decent amount of time and are easy to clean with an air hose.

Some discs seem to let loose rather quickly, these guys hold well and last a long time. a good value.

I am a woodworker so I used these to clean the cast iron tables on my table saw, band saw, drill press, and edge planer. I use this on my orbital sander with WD40 and it works great to remove stains and rust spots that happen from time to time. I clean the tops with these, clean the tops real well and then put ceramic hybrid wax on they and they are protected for months and a super slick!

THese are great for the money. I used to clean a table saw cast iron top - worked incredibly well.

Thes have surprisingly good wear if you keep them away from rough surfaces. Great for removing oil stains, scouring away mould etc.
