The inside diameter is too small for standard pen kit.

These tubes are not the right diameter for use in pen turning. Close, but about half a millimeter too large. Parts from PSI, Crooked Mill and other retailers will not press into the tubes, just slip through.

This brass tube is not the correct size for doing pens with a 10mm brass tube. It does not fit in a 10mm drilled hole. I ordered 2 10" tubes and both of them had an 1 1/2' crimp at the end that could not be used. Would highly not recommend this for anyone needing a 10mm tube
