Updated my front porch and added this unique doorbell button in place of the old typical brass style. It looks great!

Please note, this comes with a blue plastic coating to protect the finish during shipping and install that is easily removable to reveal the stainless steel finish. The hole for installation has to be large though, so if you have siding or wood it will be easy to install. I have a brick wall, so it takes a power tool to make the hole large enough to accommodate the back.

The little light at the top of the button looks like an LED light, is not a light at all. The “unit” as a whole does not mount flush to the wall unless you cut out a 1” X 2” rectangle for the switch to “sink” into the wall. This was pretty easy to do.Overall I like the look and have gotten many compliments, but was bummed that it did not have an LED light.

Door bell switch . is big and look good but it does not have instructions, you have to lift front plate with screw driver then screw the base to the wall and you have to make a bigger hole in the wall to . make it fit
