Not a lock nut. Just a regular nut with a flange has no nylon locking Insertdisappointed not worth five bucks a piece.

These are heavy duty nuts, I like that they are tall so you can put a wrench on them and not worry about it slipping. These are for high torque applications, I used them to install a trailer hitch.
