Charger Does Not Work , Steps for Inspection:
Please test the health of the battery before charging, (the battery has been used for more than 12 months or not used for 3-4 months).
If the green light is on when you plug it in, but the charger does not work when the battery is connected and the green light is still on. This is because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of our charger do not match the size of your battery connector, you can try to change the connector to connect with your battery.
When plugged into the power supply green light, connected to your device LED shows red light means it has been working properly, after fully charged LED will become green light. (For all technical issues, we are always by your side).

I’m actually crying. I live on an island and the only way I can get around is with my e-bike. Charger stopped working so I thought I’d buy a new charger. Patiently waited the week it took to arrive to my island. CHARGER IS NOT EVEN FOR US PLUGS. I don’t know if what country this plug is for 😭😭😭😭 I am tired of walking for two hours to work when it would only take me 15 minutes on my e-bike. I wish I had bought a different brand but I’m poor 😭😭😭 DONT BUY IT

It comes with 6 different plugs, making it suitable for a wide range of products/electronics which in my opinion is a huge advantage as I can use it to charge not just my scooter, but also other electric vehicles that i own or may own in the future, the charging process is very fast and efficient with a 2amp output, it charges my scooter in no time, this is particularly useful when I need to quickly top up the battery before heading out for a ride, i have also noticed that the charging is consistent and does not fluctuate, ensuring a stable and safe charging experience, the build quality of this charger is excellent, and it feels sturdy and durable, recommended.

This charger DOES NOT WORK for an ebike! It fried the fuse in my expensive e-bikes battery. Cost me $180 to get it repaired! Do not buy this if you have an ebike.

This charger comes with cords that charge most of the major Chinese eBikes. I have a relatively expensive Tern eBike, but my wife has a cheaper $500 one with a 36V battery. The batteries for that one were pretty cheap, so I got two to extend her range. Her bike came with a battery and charger of course, so why do I need a second one? Convenience mostly. I keep the original one in the garage where I charge most of my lithium based batteries. These batteries have a reputation for catching fire, so I only charge on a bare concrete garage floor away from anything flammable. This spare charger we keep in the RV, where we load the bikes up when going for a ride. I charge her second battery up using the 110V RV outlet. It may sound petty, but not having to schlep the original charger back and forth is a minor but nice convenience. It worked well charging her battery, just as quickly as the original charger. I would recommend this and give it 5 stars.
