This is described as being for football referees but as the box said motorbike helmet intercom, I figured it would work well for our e-bike riding. As expected, it's excellent for that purpose, and you can clearly hear the other person even on noisy streets. The sound quality is better than the system we used before, there's no issue hearing each other thanks to noise cancellation. And even several blocks apart, we can communicate, the range was pretty impressive. I expect this would also make this work great for football or coaching other sports. It seems well built, and came with plenty of accessories to secure the device and fit any ear. You can even use Bluetooth to pair this with your phone, which is very handy for ebiking or motorbike riding. It's definitely made riding safer and easier, and if you have more people, it seems you can pair up to 6 devices.

Pairing is a little fussy but works well enough for 2. Once connected they are great with full duplex communication and reasonable range. When you get to the limits of range the sound goes very "robotic" before cutting off and they generally reconnect when you get back in range.I tried to get more devices to work since it supports up to 6. So far I have yet to make that work reliably and certainly I can find no way to have an open channel for more than 2.They are still useful as is; however I really needed to have a full duplex open channel for all 6 supported devices. Maybe it's possible but I just haven't figured out how.

So I actually got these so that when my husband and I are riding motorcycles we can communicate to each other. Although these would definitely work great for referees as well these have been a total game changer for us! We can connect via Bluetooth and we are able to talk if it's loud on the roadway. There is even an option to hook up your phone to where you can answer phone calls if need be. The sound quality on these is absolutely outstanding! I can hear everything that he is saying even while riding bikes and we are easily able to communicate whereas it was kind of difficult before. I'm sure that it would be the same for referees. Super easy to install and all of the buttons are pretty self-explanatory. It does come with a good instruction manual though that explains to you how to use them. These are pretty heavy duty for what they are and they are very well made as well! Definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book. I definitely think they are an amazing value for your money. If you are a motorcyclist too I definitely recommend these for that use as well

Setup is straight forward and fidelity is good. Found when looking for a simple means to communicate with my riding partner in a side by side. Other solutions were off the chart cost wise for what I needed, and this little unit worked like a champ. Will come back and adjust as we use them more or find any issues.

Used this on a two weeks Bahamas charter as a, what boaters call, “marriage saver”, ie for communication while anchoring allowing talking at normal voice vs. shouting or having to stand in line-of-sight.The units serve their purpose, but could be easier to use. My main gripes are:- when turned on, they usually DON’T automatically re-pair, but require an extra step after turning on. Not a deal killer but should not be unnecessary.- i would prefer a belt clip or similar vs. the included arm-pouch. It isn’t easy to use without preparation.- the units occasionally un-pair while using and require both units to be brought together and re-connectedAll in all, good use for the price, but not for the serious boater, or to rely on when things get stressful. I was considering giving it three stars but for the price it got four. Will continue to use, but will eventually buy something more robust when we buy our own boat.

Not sure if I am keeping them or not...You easily pair them by holding down the button for five seconds on each unit. You power off by pressing the small unlabeled button. When you power them back on they dont auto connect, you have to press the button. Also, there is no belt clip but instead they give you an armband strap. The headset is in your ear and if you turn your head fast it falls out. Again, for the money they work but not sure if the savings is worth it?

They are ok but they are not great.Pairing was not the easiest. It takes a little work to get the 2 earpieces connected. Once they were finally connected they worked pretty well. The range was also pretty good. It is trial and error to verify the limit of the range. You will know when you are at the limit because the sound gets weird and then it cuts off, it does come back once you get back into range. It says that you can add more devices but I don't see how, it was so hard to connect the 2.

Difficult to connect with 3 or more. Difficult to use other headsets. A lot of noise
